60-Day Guarantee 

Cernunnos offers a 60-day guarantee on contracted projects that require building and/or planting. This includes replacement of faulty products or dying plants. Complimentary follow-up maintenance will be provided for contracted planting projects. This does not include maintenance contracts. All contracts are final. Cernunnos requires a 25% deposit on or before first day of work. Remaining payment must be completed no more than one week after final workday. Customer is required to sign off that all expected work was completed. If a customer wishes to schedule ongoing maintenance a separate contract will be drafted.
